The Central Election Commission attends the 6th Executive Board Meeting of the Association of World Election Bodies

The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Dr. Chen In-Chin, led delegations to the Executive Board Meeting of the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) held in Nadi, Republic of Fiji on March 27. The meeting approved 2017 A-WEB Progress Report and Financial Statements, 2018 Work and Budget Plan and welcomed the National Election Committee of Cambodia and the Central Election Commission of Ukraine to become members.

The Association of World Election Bodies was founded in 2013 with our country being a founding member. As the world's largest organization of electoral bodies, A-WEB currently has 109 member countries. The Central Election Commission was elected as an A-WEB Executive Board member in 2017.
